Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dietary Aide/Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly enhance the dining experience for our residents. In this vital role, you will assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals, ensuring dietary needs are met with precision and care. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment that promotes health, comfort, and well-being for all those we serve. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting.

Duties

Serve meals according to dietary guidelines, ensuring accuracy in portioning and presentation
Assist with setting up dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining environment
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, wellness team, and residents to accommodate special dietary requests
Provide friendly, attentive service to residents during meal times
Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a hygienic environment

Experience

Previous experience serving experience is highly preferred
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment

Must be able to meet physical demands of the role (e.g., lifting, bending, standing)

Available to work; days, evenings, weekends and holidays
