HEAVY-DUTY TRUCK SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Various Locations Around Alberta
Industry: Heavy-Duty Trucks / Commercial Transportation
Position: Full-Time Sales Representative
Compensation: UNCAPPED COMMISSION

If you're an experienced sales professional who knows how to find customers, build relationships, negotiate deals, and close big-ticket transactions, this opportunity deserves your attention.

A highly established heavy-duty truck dealership is looking for a driven, aggressive, and proven Sales Representative to join its team.

This is not a low-ceiling sales job.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a substantial book of business, develop a long-term fleet and commercial accounts, and earn what they're worth.

The dealership is confidential. Details will be disclosed to qualified candidates.

THE MONEY

UNCAPPED COMMISSION.

Your income is directly tied to your performance.

We are looking for someone who sees a six-figure income as a starting point—not a finish line.

If you have the experience, relationships, work ethic, and closing ability to move trucks, the earning potential is significant.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Prospect aggressively for new customers and commercial accounts

· Develop and manage high-value customer and fleet relationships

· Sell new and used heavy-duty trucks

· Identify opportunities with owner-operators, fleets, contractors, and businesses

· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

· Negotiate and close profitable deals

· Follow up relentlessly from first contact through delivery

· Generate repeat and referral business

· Develop new territory and market opportunities

· Work closely with finance, parts, service, and management

· Consistently hit and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

WHO WE WANT

We're looking for a hunter, not someone waiting for customers to walk through the door.

You should be:

· A proven closer with a strong sales track record

· Experienced in heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, automotive, equipment, or B2B sales

· Comfortable selling high-dollar products

· Competitive and highly motivated by results

· Confident negotiating with business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers

· Strong at prospecting and developing new accounts

· Disciplined with follow-up

· Professional, personable, and highly driven

· Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your territory

· Focused on building relationships that generate repeat business

Existing trucking, fleet, construction, agriculture, or commercial industry relationships are a major asset.
