Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in the food industry, develop hospitality skills, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; a passion for food service and customer satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
Prepare and serve food items according to established standards and safety guidelines
Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices
Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Restock supplies and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients and utensils
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
Follow all food safety regulations and health department standards

Skills

Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, including barista or hospitality roles
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to serve food efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Basic food preparation skills and familiarity with food industry operations are advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
