We are looking to hire Roofing foremen, nailers and helpers.
Wage will be dependent on experience.
Flat roofing experience would be a valid asset!
A well trained and experienced Foreman can expect to make between $24 & $30/hr depending on their capabilities/if they have:
A valid Class 5
A valid Class 3 (or willingness to get it in the first 6 month of employment)
Experience with running crews (ability to handle a job from start to finish, problem solve and keep your crew working throughout the day both effectively and efficiently)
COR experience
General construction knowledge
A well trained and experienced Nailer/Lead hand can expect to make $17-$26 depending on their capabilities/if they have:
A valid Class 5 license
A valid Class 3 or willingness to get it within the first year of employment
Gauging
Accuracy/speed
COR experience
A helper can expect to make $15-$20 per hour depending on their capabilities and experience.
We offer very competitive wages, overtime and we have lots of work.
We are located just inside Winnipeg in the Matheson Industrial Park.
For non-drivers, there are no buses that stop directly here, but there is one down the road (on Redonda) that requires a short walk to our shop.
