Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage various company’s financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support administrative functions to keep our operations running smoothly. Your expertise in accounting software and financial processes will directly contribute to the organization’s success and growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to apply their accounting skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, ensuring all transactions are properly categorized and recorded.
Perform regular account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Assist with payroll processing by ensuring employee hours are accurately recorded and processed through appropriate payroll systems.
Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, correspondence, and document management to facilitate smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes and account analysis techniques.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Prior experience in bookkeeping and administrative support or office management is a plus.
