Location: Island Ford, Duncan, BC
Position Type: 2 days per week, initially (Fri and Sat)

Island Ford is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant on Friday and Saturdays (initially) to play a key role in our growing operations. Responsibilities

Reception: Provide reception coverage as needed, which will aid in learning the dealership business.
Administrative Support: Assist with data collection for performance reports, month-end closings, and general administrative tasks.
Cash Handling: Process payments and bank deposits as needed.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong communication skills and a desire to learn about the retail automotive industry.
Comfort with technology and IT systems.
Applicant must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident and willing to work in the dealership office full time (no work from home).
