Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaning to join our team. We are based out of St Albert, AB. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You should take pride in your work, be punctual, trustworthy, Please only serious people need apply!!!!!

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces
Wipe down surfaces, mirrors, appliances, and fixture
Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Take out garbage and recycling
Wash dishes or load/unload dishwasher (if included in service)
Follow customized checklists or instructions for each home
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns
Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) if provided
Ensure client confidentiality and treat homes with care and respect
Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client feedback.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning. preferred minimal of 2 years experience. Please don't Apply if have no experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
Ability to work independently or with a team
Proficiency in English is a must.
Must like Cats & Dogs.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if traveling to multiple homes)
Physically fit – able to bend, kneel, lift, and stand for long periods
Excellent time management skills
Ability to follow directions and use cleaning products safely
Trustworthy, respectful, and professional
