Responsibilities

Install residential and custom garage doors and openers
Lead jobs and ensure high-quality workmanship
Educate customers on products, upgrades, and door operation
Assemble, install, and adjust mechanical components
Test systems to ensure safe and proper operation
Troubleshoot and complete repairs when needed
Disassemble and reassemble components for maintenance
Fabricate or modify parts when required
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Collect payments
Follow all company procedures and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to keep learning
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights
Comfortable working on ladders for extended periods
Strong communication and customer service skills
