Reporting to the designated supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our guests, showcasing your expertise across a variety of cuisines. Key Responsibilities include preparing a diverse range of meats, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, maintaining proper inventory levels and upholding sanitation standards, supporting daily meal preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
What do we offer:
- Hourly Rate: $24.50/ hour
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts
- Estimated Gross Monthly Earnings: up to $4,000/ per month (Figures are estimates before deductions and may vary based on actual hours worked and payroll cycles)

Key Responsibilities
- Plans and organizes the culinary team in the preparation of food items and task assignments.
- Assist with menu ordering, inventory, and daily production planning.
- Preparation and production of menu items.
- Ensure daily production levels are met.
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists are completed.
- Ensure food quality, food safety and service standards are met and maintained daily.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company Safe Work Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 1-3+ years food service experience, preferably in a remote environment.
- Red Seal Cook designation is an asset.
- Food Safety certification valid in the province of Alberta is required.
- First Aid Certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.
