Job Title: Office Administrator (Maternity  Leave Contract – 16 Months)

Location: Watford, ON

Position: Full-Time,  Maternity Leave Contract

Term: Approximately October 2026 to January 2028 (16 months)

Twin Creeks Greenhouse is looking for an organized and dependable Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time maternity leave contract. This role provides administrative support across the office, accounting, human resources, and food safety programs while serving as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors.
Manage mail, shipping, filing, and office supplies.
Perform a variety of data entry tasks.
Create, edit and maintain a variety of reports, PowerPoints, and booklets.
Support HR with employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Assist with food safety documentation, health & safety records, and audit preparation.
Maintain office documentation and SharePoint files.
Coordinate employee recognition initiatives and provide general administrative support as needed.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous office administration experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel experience is an asset.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing priorities and effectively coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
