Service Manager - Legacy Dodge Fort McMurray

Position Overview
We are taking applications for future reference. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department,
ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer satisfaction, and a high-performing
team environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, a
deep understanding of Chrysler related systems, and the ability to coach and develop staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead service technicians and advisors by setting clear performance goals and maintaining
a positive, productive work environment
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Schedule maintenance and repair work, monitor turnaround times, and optimize shop workflow
• Monitor and improve technician efficiency, repair accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction metrics
• Ensure technicians are fully prepared with the required parts, tools, and information for each repair
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all aspects of Chrysler warranty processes and ensure compliance
• Ensure all service work meets or exceeds safety standards and company quality guidelines
• Recruit, train, and coach team members on communication, technical skills, and company procedures
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company specifications
• Support technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs while staying current with evolving
automotive technology
• Enforce safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment is safe to operate

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team

Certified Technician certification with applicable specialties
Strong expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair
In-depth knowledge of Chrysler systems, tools, equipment, and software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and customers
Strong diagnostic, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
