Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry/Housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness and ensure a comfortable environment for our guests. This role involves performing laundry services and general cleaning duties within a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and experience in hotel housekeeping or related fields. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards.

Duties

Responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing using proper laundry procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure rooms are fully equipped.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management.
Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.
Adhere to established hygiene standards and company policies to provide high-quality service.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Experience

Prior hotel housekeeping or laundry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Experience with cleaning supplies and laundry equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential for delivering excellent guest service.

This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests through meticulous cleaning and laundry services. We value reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our facility.

Pay: $18.25-$19.50 per hour
