Full job description

JOB – **ON CALL** - HEAVY EQUIPEMENT OPERATORS

· On Call Basis. Flexible Work Terms.

· Work Location: On the road or local pending preference/capabilities.

· Looking for Operators to fill in gaps during the construction season.

· Compensation package is based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· May operate various types of heavy equipment such as grader, dozer, excavator, roller, rubber tire, ss, milling, pulveriser, micro surfacing, curb machine, shuttle buggy, paver, shoulder spreader, loader, rock truck and crusher operator based on your skillset, training, and goals.

· Responsible for the safe operation & condition

· Maintenance/Labor is required when necessary

· Monitor performance and mechanical fitness

· Conduct Daily Pre-Trip Inspections

· Other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

· Possess experience in operating Heavy Equipment

· Looking for a versatile person in operating heavy equipment in different departments such as Road Recycling, Micro Surfacing, Civil Earthworks, Asphalt, Crushing, Guard Rail and Chip Seal operations.

· Must possess a valid driver's license 5 and good abstract.

· Possessing a valid Class 1 driver's license would be an asset.

EMPLOI – **SUR APPEL** - OPÉRATEURS D'ÉQUIPEMENT LOURD

· Sur appel. Conditions de travail flexibles.

· Lieu de travail: Sur la route ou localement selon préférences/capacités.

· À la recherche d’opérateurs pour combler les lacunes pendant la saison de construction.

· Le forfait de rémunération est basé sur l'expérience et les qualifications

RESPONSABILITÉS

· Peut utiliser divers types d'équipement lourd tels que niveleuse, bulldozer, excavatrice, compacteur, chargeuse compacte, fraiseuse, pulvérisateur, micro-surfaçage, machine de bordure, navette, paveuse, chargeur, camion de roche et opérateur de concasseur en fonction de vos compétences, votre formation et vos objectifs.

· Responsable du fonctionnement et de l'état de sécurité

· L'entretien/la main-d'œuvre est nécessaire lors de la mobilisation des concasseurs ou des réparations

· Surveiller les performances et l'aptitude mécanique

· Effectuer des inspections quotidiennes avant le départ

· Autres tâches connexes selon les besoins

QUALIFICATIONS

· Posséder de l'expérience dans l'utilisation d'équipement lourd

· À la recherche d'une personne polyvalente dans l'exploitation d'équipement lourd dans différents départements tels que les opérations de recyclage routier, de micro-revêtement, de terrassement civil, d'asphalte, de concassage, de garde-corps et de gravillonnage.

· Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide 5 et un bon résumé.

· Posséder un permis de conduire valide de classe 1 serait un atout.
