About us :

Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, softscaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, and sodding. We offer year-round work, including winter maintenance operations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, including grass cutting, trimming, edging, sodding, mulching, planting, weeding ,clean up and other ground Landscape Maintenance .
Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, graders, hand tools, and other related machinery.
Strong understanding of site safety protocols and quality standards, with the ability to support and enforce them.
Physically able to perform manual labour, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods.
Willing to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks, including landscape maintenance, construction, and winter operations as required.
Perform other general labour and landscaping duties as assigned to support the team and ensure projects are completed safely and on time.

Essential Requirement :

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Working mobile phone for calls and messages
Reliable , Punctual and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions .
Availability Monday through Saturday .
Ability to start before 6:00 AM from yard location.
Legally eligible to work in Canada
