Truss Assemblers – Production Team Members

Location: Clinton, Ontario

Shift Timing: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM, 7:00 AM -12:00 PM Friday
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr, Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES) is currently seeking Truss Assemblers / Production Team Members to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Clinton area. Our client specializes in the design and manufacturing of engineered wood products, including roof and floor trusses.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a career in a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble roof and floor trusses according to project specifications

Select and prepare appropriate wood materials for upcoming projects

Efficiently assemble products while maintaining quality standards

Band and prepare completed products for shipment to customers

Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Assist with general production and material-handling duties as required

Support operations across various areas of the facility

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Previous experience with power tools is an asset

Previous experience with rough framing, truss assembly, or general construction is considered an asset, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Fluent in English, both verbal and written
