Nous avons des postes de soir de semaine et des postes de fin de semaine de jour.

Service Client Apollo offre des services financiers alternatifs en ligne à travers le Canada.

Nous offrons un poste d'analyste financier qui déterminera si un client sera approuvé ou refusé un service de prêt.

La tâche sera d'analyser des relevés de comptes pour déterminer si un client aura la capacité de rencontrer leurs obligations de paiements.

Il y a une période de formation de plusieurs semaines et vous avez des outils à votre disposition pour faciliter la tâche.

Vous devrez être à l'aise avec la combinaison clavier souris et ne pas avoir de trouble de concentration.

Vous devez être bilingue anglais et français et être confortable à écrire des phrases courtes et simple avec peu ou pas d'erreurs dans les deux langues. La majorité des messages ont un modèle pré-écrit à modifier selon le contexte du refus ou la demande d'information pour les applications incomplets.

vous n’aurez pas de service à la clientèle à faire avec des clients au téléphone ni en présentiel.

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

Apollo Client Services offers alternative banking to customers across Canada.

We are looking for a financial analyst who will determine whether a client can be approved or denied service.

The task requires you review bank statements to determine a clients ability to meet their payment obligations.

There is training with clear criteria as well as helpful tools to guide you.

You must be comfortable using a keyboard and mouse combination and have no issues focusing.

You must be bilingual English and French with the bar being able to write simple sentences with little to no grammatical errors. Most messages are pre written and require a little tweaking to suit the context of refusal, or the request for more information when applications are incomplete.

There is no direct customer service to be done. Any communications are through text and email.

There’s a Mon to Fri evening position available and a weekend Friday to Sunday position available with some additional compensation benefits.
