At PK Lodge, every great guest experience starts with a great team. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on team member who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in hospitality, maintenance, and property operations. No two days are the same - and that's exactly how we like it.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Maintenance / Porter, you'll help keep our lodge looking its best while supporting guests and the operations team. Duties include:

Assisting with general property maintenance and repairs
Moving furniture and equipment for events and guest needs
Keeping guest areas, docks, grounds, and buildings clean and organized
Lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal outdoor work
Garbage, recycling, and waste management
Setting up and tearing down event spaces
Assisting with deliveries and inventory
Snow removal and ice management (seasonal)
Supporting housekeeping and other departments when needed
Responding promptly to maintenance requests
Helping ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Enjoys working as part of a team
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is an asset
Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, or hospitality experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person
Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
Availability to work weekends
