Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic food service environment, providing exceptional meals to our valued guests. Experience in the food industry, restaurant experience, and a passion for culinary excellence are highly valued.

Duties

Prepare and portion ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling and storage of food products
Assist in meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
Support other kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow
Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards
Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Requirements

Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service
Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
