Full job description

We are looking for a developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our platform. In this role, you’ll work across the stack, helping build and refine the frontend experiences, backend systems, and product features that support both our internal teams and our customers.

This role is well suited to someone who can bring a strong UI/UX perspective to the platform, helping shape interfaces that feel clear, practical, and easy to use while working closely with the backend systems that power them.

As part of the core development team, you’ll collaborate on new features, improve existing workflows, and help shape the continued evolution of our product experience. If you enjoy turning complex workflows into clean, practical solutions while working across both frontend and backend development, you’ll thrive in this role.

Our core stack includes PHP, Go, MySQL, and Twig-based frontend templates.

To be considered for an interview, you should have:

Technical Requirements

3+ years of relevant software development experience
Strong frontend development experience
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience turning product requirements into clean, usable interfaces
Backend development experience with PHP, Go, or similar languages
Experience working with relational databases, preferably MySQL
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Experience with templating systems such as Twig, or modern frontend frameworks

Professional and Team Skills

Curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across various departments
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of your work and deliver results independently
An appreciation for a good pun and the occasional dad joke

Bonus points if you have experience with

GraphQL APIs
AWS or similar cloud platforms
eCommerce platforms
Git / GitHub

Important to Note:
The minimum education level required for the role is a Secondary Diploma or GED. If you are a self-taught developer, that's awesome, and we welcome you to apply.
