Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Server/Host to join our team at The Restaurant at Redstone in Beamsville. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience and ensuring exceptional hospitality that aligns with our values.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Provide information about menu items and restaurant policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house environment.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in line with our restaurant's philosophy.
- Assist with special events or private dining as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have Smart Serve
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
