At Britannia Animal Hospital, we’re looking for a compassionate, adaptable Veterinary Assistant / Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our busy, supportive team. This is a unique dual-role opportunity where you’ll be hands-on with patient care and create exceptional client experiences at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner
Answer phones and manage high-volume client communication
Schedule appointments and coordinate daily bookings
Maintain accurate medical records and perform data entry
Assist veterinarians and RVTs with patient care and treatments
Help prepare exam rooms and support during procedures
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
Keep reception and common areas clean and organized
Provide exceptional customer service—even in busy or stressful situations

Qualifications

2+ year experience as a Customer Service Representative, or Veterinary Assistant
Veterinary clinic experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and handling multiple phone lines

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
