Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Non-Profit Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our community. In this role, you will drive the organization’s growth by coordinating fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, and supporting outreach initiatives. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will help elevate our mission, ensuring sustainable development and increased community engagement. Duties

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals, donor campaigns, and special events
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders through effective communication and public speaking engagements
Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision to support various programs and events
Manage data collection processes related to donor information, event attendance, and program participation for reporting purposes
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records of donations and outreach activities
Lead marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, managing social media channels, and increasing organizational visibility
Collaborate with leadership on project management initiatives to ensure timely execution of development plans

Requirements

Proven supervising experience with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
Strong public speaking skills for presentations, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience in marketing or communications to promote organizational programs and campaigns
Leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and decision-making
Capable of collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data for strategic planning and reporting purposes
Administrative experience including record keeping, scheduling, and correspondence management
Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff for nonprofit projects or events
Teaching or training experience is a plus for onboarding new team members or volunteers
