Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, food industry excellence, and team management to make a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive and motivated team.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met while adhering to food safety regulations.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS for order processing and cash handling procedures.
Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Monitor food handling practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the kitchen and serving areas.
Coordinate food industry best practices in serving, hospitality, and kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Implement inventory control measures, manage supply orders, and oversee food safety protocols to uphold high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within the restaurant or food service industry with strong team management skills.
Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience; familiarity with various culinary techniques is preferred.
Experience operating POS systems ; adept at cash handling and transaction processing.
Demonstrated leadership in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and health standards applicable to the hospitality sector.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus; familiarity with the food industry’s diverse roles enhances versatility in managing restaurant operations.
