Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-driven Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in providing outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities-

Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, completing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage reservations, process payments, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform night audit functions, including reconciling accounts, balancing transactions, and preparing reports.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby environment.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications-

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with hotel property management systems is considered an asset.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
