Water Babies is in search of a swim teacher in the Orillia and Barrie area! Don't worry if you are not a certified swim instructor; we will help guide you through the process if you have the right fit. Water Babies teachers are the best trained swimming teachers in the world and we're proud of giving every parent, carer and baby the best experience possible in and out of the water. Job description

Water Babies is in search of a swim teacher! Don't worry if you are not a certified swim instructor! We will help guide you through the process if you have the right fit. We are looking for someone available to teach 5-10 hours a week, with access to a car.

We need a passionate person to become a fully qualified baby swimming teacher with our amazing team. This rewarding role involves:

· Paid training period over August 2026 before the transition to committed hours in Fall 2026

· Teaching 5-10 hours a week with our adorable students (ages 0 to 5 years)

· Teaching both babies and toddlers according to our highly specialized techniques with caregivers in the pool based on training provided

· Teaching on weekends (minimum 1-Sunday shift) and weekdays (minimum 1 weekday daytime shift)

· Being able to reliably drive to different pool locations in the Orillia and Barrie area for your shifts.

Our ideal candidate:

· Loves babies/toddlers,

· Loves the water and believes passionately in what we do, and

· Has plenty of enthusiasm, reliability, and flexibility.

Job Type: Part-time with permanent, committed shifts

Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

Hourly wage: $30.00 per hour after training period has been completed

· Pool dependent - to be confirmed

· Weekend and weekday availability
