Office Administrator – Join the Roofing Solutions Team (Kenora, ON)

At Roofing Solutions, we’re building more than just roofs — we’re building a solid team of people who actually enjoy coming to work. We’re a fast-growing roofing company serving Kenora and the Lake of the Woods area, and we’re looking for an organized, sharp, and self-sufficient Office Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you like being the person who keeps things on track, solves problems, and makes everyone else’s job easier — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the backbone of our office operations:

Answering calls and turning leads into booked estimates
Managing customer info and creating requests for quotes (Jobber)
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with estimators & crews
Keeping files, documents, and systems organized (no chaos allowed)
Communicating with customers in a friendly, professional way
Assisting with invoicing, payments, and general admin tasks
Helping improve office systems and processes as we grow

What We’re Looking For

We don’t need perfect — but we do need someone reliable and sharp.

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Self-sufficient — you can figure things out without hand-holding
Comfortable using computers and learning new software (Jobber, etc.)
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player

Bonus points if you have:

Previous admin or office experience
Experience in construction or service-based businesses
