Kincardine Fit Body Boot Camp

If you just want to count reps and collect a paycheque, this is not the role for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

At Fit Body Boot Camp, we deliver high-energy group personal training experiences focused on results, accountability, and community.

You’ll coach sessions independently and alongside other coaches while helping members:

Improve movement quality and exercise form
Build strength, confidence, and consistency
Stay motivated and accountable
Push safely and effectively
Celebrate milestones and wins

This role also includes:

Member accountability and goal-setting
Milestone celebrations and community engagement
Reaching out to absent members (MIA calls/messages)
Social media and marketing content creation
Supplement education
Weekly team meetings and ongoing training
Supporting nutrition coaching and healthy lifestyle foundational habits
Opportunities to grow into nutrition coaching and small group coaching leadership roles

SCHEDULE

Coaching blocks are a mix of morning, mid-morning, and evening shifts throughout the week, plus occasional Saturday mornings.

Some schedule flexibility is available depending on the candidate.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred but not mandatory:

Personal Training Certification
Group Fitness Coaching Experience
CPR/AED Certification
