We are seeking Banquet Food and Beverage Servers to join our dynamic team and help bring events to life with outstanding hospitality.
Job Responsibilities

Set up banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring elegant and professional service
Assist with buffet setups, plated dinners, and cocktail receptions
Provide attentive guest service, accommodating special requests and dietary needs
Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area
Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth, timely service
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about Eaton Hall’s event offerings
Follow health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications & Skills

Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
Ability to lift and carry trays, set up banquet furniture, and stand for extended periods
