Purpose and Scope

The Foreman is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Department.

Organization Relationship

The Foreman will report directly to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Working both day and evening shifts as required to align with Plant Shifts
Ensure production targets are achieved
Lead a safe work culture, ensure compliance with applicable policies and statutes, investigate accidents, and coordinate training.
Direct daily operations, assign tasks, mentor and train employees, and enforce policies
Assign manpower as required to maintain production timelines
Promote positive labor relations, ensure company policies are followed by employees, and coordinate training.
Ensure all quality standards are met and report areas where improvements can be made.

Qualifications

Salary commensurate with knowledge and experience

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
