La division de Montréal de Produits Intégrés Avior Inc. est composée d’un centre d’excellence en usinage de précision possédant plusieurs équipements à la fine pointe de la technologie ainsi qu’un centre d’assemblage mécanique et d’une division d’automatisation. La plupart des pièces fabriquées sont critiques au vol et présentent une grande complexité de fabrication.

Responsabilités

Réaliser l’usinage de la pièce initiale et en contrôler les dimensions à l’aide d’instruments de mesure appropriés et apporter les ajustements nécessaires afin de produire des pièces de qualités.
Travailler en équipe avec le groupe technique et l’ingénierie au développement des nouvelles pièces ou à l’amélioration des pièces existantes.
Lire et interpréter des plans et dessins techniques.
Valider et/ou déterminer le montage de la pièce (choix de brides, mandrin etc.).
Choisir et monter l’outillage requis en fonction des particularités de chaque pièce.
Procéder au montage sécuritaire de la pièce.
Analyser et lire différents types de programmation : codes G, codes M, Mazatrol, etc
Transférer les programmes vers le contrôleur de la machine-outil.
Optimiser les paramètres de coupe et ajuster les « off-set » si nécessaire.
Procéder aux essais requis et à la fabrication des pièces FAI selon les exigences et spécifications de la clientèle, puis, compléter la documentation afin d’apporter les correctifs nécessaires à la fabrication de pièce qui réponde aux besoins des clients.

Scolarité

· DEP en techniques d'usinage ou ASP en contrôle numérique

Compétences recherchées

Bon esprit d’analyse, de jugement ainsi que d’un sens critique aiguisé.
Minutieux, rigoureux et bon sens de l’initiative.
Bonne connaissance des techniques d’usinage (tournage - fraisage)
Français ou Anglais fonctionnel

Responsibilities

Machine the initial part and check its dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments, making the necessary adjustments to produce high-quality parts.
Work as part of a team with the technical and engineering groups to develop new parts or improve existing ones.
Read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
Validate and/or determine the assembly of the part (choice of flanges, mandrel, etc.).
Select and assemble the required tools according to the specific characteristics of each part.
Proceed with the safe assembly of the part.
Analyze and read different types of programming: G codes, M codes, Mazatrol, etc.
Transfer programs to the machine tool controller.
Optimize cutting parameters and adjust offsets if necessary.
Perform the required tests and manufacture the FAI parts according to customer requirements and specifications, moreover, complete the documentation in order to make the necessary corrections to the manufacturing process so that the parts meet customer needs.

Education

DEP in machining techniques or ASP diploma in numerical control

Required skills

Good analytical and judgment skills and a keen critical mind.
Meticulous, rigorous, and good sense of initiative.
Good knowledge of machining techniques (turning and milling)
Functional French or English
