Assistant Manager & Evening Manager – Tim Hortons (Kitchener Area)

Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager or Evening Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and leading all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations. Your primary focus is to empower your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive strong business results.

You will:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Promote a respectful and positive team environment
Ensure smooth daily operations and strong execution
Deliver outstanding guest service every shift
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

What We’re Looking For

Apply if you:

Have 1+ year of management experience (QSR experience preferred)
Are passionate about guest service and team development
Take pride in building relationships with guests and team members
Have strong operational and multitasking skills
Are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and delegating responsibilities
Are ready to take on leadership responsibility within a Tim Hortons restaurant
Can engage and motivate a diverse team
Are available full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call shifts
Have access to a vehicle (considered an asset)
