Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by managing staff, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and bar service to guarantee smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
Manage cash handling processes and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate transactions.
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a talented team aligned with our service standards.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols throughout the restaurant environment.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting with a strong background in restaurant management.
Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient transaction processing.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
Background in hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required.
Familiarity with food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and restaurant health standards.
Prior experience in bartending or barista roles is a plus, showcasing versatility within the food industry.
