Full job description

We are currently looking to add to our front desk team. We are looking for outgoing, customer service-minded individuals who want to share ideas, be a part of a team, grow and work hard. like-minded candidates will have a passion for health, fitness, wellness and social media. We offer flexible schedules, a fun upbeat work environment and opportunity for growth within our team.

*Must be available to work weekend mornings

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create an energizing and upbeat atmosphere for members
Maintain the HYPE aesthetic, culture, and mission statement
Provide high-quality customer service and demonstrate problem solving solutions
Go the extra mile for riders and your fellow HYPE team members
Assist management in daily studio tasks and activities
Assist instructors with pre and post-class bike and mat set up and post-class cleaning
Assist with basic cardio theater, yoga studio and bathroom cleaning
Answer phone calls, emails and work with our online booking system
Assist with HYPE apparel and inventory
Maintain product knowledge for all HYPE retail and apparel
Assisting with the planning and launch of studio events
Maintain a clean and sanitized reception and storefront
Assist instructors with mic setup and ensuring classes begin on time
Assist instructors with pre and post-class bike set up and post-class cleaning
Assist with basic cardio theater and bathroom cleaning
Assist our social media manager by creating HYPE social media material
Be familiar and comfortable IG reels and Tik Tok content creation

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

A positive and upbeat attitude
A devotion to growing the HYPE brand and connecting within the community
A passion for helping and empowering others
The ability to work well individually and within a team
Customer service experience
Positive and professional phone and email etiquette
Strong organizational and time management skills
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A passion for health and wellness
An active first aid certificate
A flexible schedule with the ability to work 1+ of the followings; early mornings, nights, weekends
Familiarity with IG reels and TikTok content creation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
