Full job description

Sixstream Signs is looking for a multifaceted and adaptable individual to join our team as Project Coordinator/ Junior Design Assistant. We are a local small business with big goals. A positive 'can-do' attitude with an aptitude to learn and great communication skills are required to succeed. This job fits someone who is proud of being multidisciplinary and takes challenges head-on. You will be servicing both internal and external clients and working with a talented team of sign makers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively utilize project management software – Asana
Respond to inbound phone calls and email inquiries, accurately documenting requests and providing timely, objective-based response
Utilize internal product calculators and pricing tools to generate estimates for client projects
Assist in coordinating projects from inception to completion, managing ongoing requests, revisions, and project updates as required
Coordinating and assigning project tasks and assignments with design, production, and installation teams
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to confirm timelines, manage schedules to complete projects on-time
Assist with basic graphic design tasks, including the development, revision, and coordination of proof approvals for print-related projects

Requirements and Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with accuracy is required
Comfortable with computer applications – such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Customer service experience in person, by phone, and via email, with excellent business communication and professional etiquette
Knowledge of materials, production process and installation techniques is an asset
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines from initial layouts and revisions to final production.
Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Emphasis on attention to detail with excellent organizational & proofing skill

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
