Office & Finance Administrator

Location: Revolution – New Westminster, BC
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

About the Role

Revolution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Finance Administrator to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our New Westminster office. This is a full-time, in-office position that plays a key role in keeping our business running efficiently through accurate financial administration and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Process and administer employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate company records.
Prepare customer invoices and manage billing processes.
Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable, including collections and payment tracking.
Input invoices and Process Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Maintain financial records and assist with month-end reporting.
Coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
Support management with administrative and financial reporting as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of office administration and accounting experience.
Experience processing payroll.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and billing procedures.
Proficiency with accounting software (Sage experience is an asset).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
