Position:
Notion CPA Inc. is looking for a driven Bookkeeper to join their team. If you are a hardworking, self-motivated, independent thinker and enjoys being a part of a great team this is your calling.

Note that this position is an in-office position during probation. A hybrid work from home setup may be arranged following successful completion.

Requirements:
· Fluent and excellent writing and verbal communication skills
· Fluent with computer technology (E.G. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and apps)
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Keeps an open mind and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
· Full-Cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management and duties
· Assist with Accounts Receivable Collections
· Assist with Bank reconciliations and GST Filings
· Review of on-going subscriptions
· Compliance checking
· Provide clients with account statements as seen fit
· Liase with managers and preparing invoice billables
· Other Duties as seen fit
