Full-Time

Job Duties:

Supervises staff on the specified shift to ensure that all employees are working safely, efficiently, and diligently to meet established standards
Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders (inbound and outbound).
Responsible in helping the shift supervisors run the floor & taking on a leadership role.
Freezer picking/inventory, picking orders, covering palletizing line for others breaks, loading & unloading trucks & trailers, fixing picking and inventory errors.
Running day or afternoon shift for vacation coverage of supervisor
Inventory maintenance & cycle counts
Export preparations, labeling, and documentation if required etc.
Coordinate and follow-up with productions for product shortage.

Requirements

Knowledge of Warehousing Best Practices
Strong communication skills,
Excellent customer service skills
Able to instruct and maintain effective and efficient productivity
Process flow minded, continuous improvement mentality
Works independently with minimal direction
Works well under pressure
Safety of team members a no-compromise position
Able to treat all employees with fairness and respect
Excellent multi-tasking skills

Experience:

Reach Truck: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Forklift Licence (required)

Wage: $23.80/hr
