Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) acheteur(se) adjoint(e) minutieux(se) et motivé(e) pour soutenir nos activités d’approvisionnement et d’achats. La personne idéale participera à la recherche de produits, au maintien des relations avec les fournisseurs, au traitement des bons de commande et à la gestion des niveaux d’inventaire afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels. Ce poste convient particulièrement à une personne organisée, analytique et intéressée par la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou l’approvisionnement dans un environnement de distribution dynamique.

Principales responsabilités

Participer à la préparation et à l’émission des bons de commande en fonction des besoins d’inventaire et des prévisions.
Surveiller les niveaux de stock et coordonner le réapprovisionnement avec les fournisseurs.
Assurer le suivi des communications avec les fournisseurs concernant les prix, la disponibilité des produits et les délais de livraison.
Maintenir des dossiers d’achats précis et mettre à jour les systèmes ERP.
Effectuer le suivi des confirmations de commande, des expéditions et des calendriers de livraison.
Contribuer à la résolution des écarts de commande, des ruptures de stock ou des problèmes liés aux expéditions.
Collaborer avec les équipes de l’entrepôt, des ventes et des opérations afin d’assurer la disponibilité des produits.
Participer à la mise à jour et à la gestion des bases de données fournisseurs et des catalogues de produits.

Qualifications

Expérience préalable en achats, approvisionnement, gestion des stocks ou chaîne d’approvisionnement (un atout, mais non obligatoire).
Excellente attention aux détails et solides compétences organisationnelles.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et aisance avec les systèmes informatiques.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les échéances.
Bonnes aptitudes en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
Esprit analytique et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes.
Expérience avec les systèmes ERP (un atout).

Formation

Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Buyer to support our purchasing and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing products, maintaining supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring inventory levels meet operational needs. This role is well-suited for someone organized, analytical, and interested in supply chain or procurement within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders based on inventory needs and forecasts
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers
Support supplier communication regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate purchasing records and update ERP systems
Track order confirmations, shipments, and delivery schedules
Assist in resolving order discrepancies, shortages, or shipping issues
Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure product availability
Help maintain and update supplier databases and product catalogs

Qualifications

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain (asset but not
required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Experience with ERP systems (an asset)

Education

College diploma or university education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
