Le nouveau restaurant Baton Rouge, situé au nouveau MÉT à Longueuil, est à la recherche d’un(e) gérant(e) de sallepour se joindre à notre équipe et contribuer à la gestion du restaurant.

Nous prévoyons ouvrir à la fin septembre, et nous recherchons une personne enthousiaste à l’idée de participer à ce projet dès le premier jour.

En tant que gérant, vous devez vous assurer que chaque invité reçoive un service courtois, rapide et efficace et que la salle-à- manger opère à profits et de façon sécuritaire dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. En tant que gérant d’un restaurant Bâton Rouge, vous êtes responsable des opérations quotidiennes (gestion de plancher, commandes, inventaires, horaire, gestion du personnel, embauches, marketing local, etc.) en général ainsi que de l’image de votre succursale. Vous vous devez de rencontrer et même surpasser, lorsque possible, les objectifs de ventes, ainsi que les politiques et standards tels qu’établis par Bâton Rouge. Vous avez la responsabilité de faire preuve de professionnalisme, de motivation et de leadership envers les employés. Vous devez comporter de façon exemplaire, tant au travail que dans la communauté. La relation avec les employés doit rester professionnelle en tout temps, même en dehors des heures de travail. Votre façon d’agir, tenue vestimentaire, maniérisme et style de vie en général doivent être appropriés et refléter l’image positive et la bonne réputation des restaurants Bâton Rouge. Il est primordial que le gérant demeure vigilant et conscient de son apparence et de son comportement même après les heures de travail.

The new Baton Rouge, located at the new MÉT in Longueuil, is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team and help lead the restaurant.

We’re expecting to open in late September, and we’re looking for someone who is excited about being part of the journey from day one.

As a manager, you must ensure that each guest receives courteous, prompt, and efficient service and that the dining room operates profitably and safely in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As the manager of a Bâton Rouge restaurant, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations in general (floor management, orders, inventories, schedule, personnel management, hiring, local marketing, etc.) as well as the image of your branch. You must meet and even exceed, when possible, the sales objectives, as well as the policies and standards as established by Bâton Rouge. You are responsible for demonstrating professionalism, motivation, and leadership to employees. You must behave in an exemplary manner, both at work and in the community. The relationship with employees must always remain professional, even outside working hours. Your way of acting, dress, mannerisms and lifestyle in general must be appropriate and reflect the positive image and good reputation of Bâton Rouge restaurants. It is essential that the manager remains vigilant and aware of his appearance and behavior even after working hours.

QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in management (minimum 2 years).
Experience in customer service.
Expérience as a server (asset).
Bilingualism.
Full time available.

Always complies with the banner's approved standards and methods.
