Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our clients and operations team throughout the year. This role involves managing a high volume of customer interactions, coordinating schedules, assisting with service requests and contract renewals, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Our busiest season is winter, when snow events generate a high volume of calls. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, is highly organized, and is flexible with their schedule during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
Assist clients with service inquiries, contract renewals, scheduling, and account updates.
Coordinate schedules and communicate service changes with operations teams.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling high-volume calls and customer communications.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination is a strong asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual English and French (spoken and written) required.
Spanish is considered an asset.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Flexible availability during winter operations, including evenings and weekends when required.

Aperçu du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Représentant(e) au service à la clientèle expérimenté(e) pour soutenir nos clients et notre équipe des opérations tout au long de l'année. Le poste consiste à gérer un volume élevé d'appels, coordonner les horaires, répondre aux demandes de service, participer aux renouvellements de contrats et assurer une excellente expérience client.

Notre période la plus occupée est l'hiver, où les opérations de déneigement génèrent un volume très important d'appels. Le candidat idéal demeure calme sous pression, possède un excellent sens de l'organisation et offre une grande flexibilité durant les périodes de pointe.

Responsabilités principales

Répondre à un volume élevé d'appels et de courriels entrants et sortants.
Assister les clients concernant les demandes de service, les renouvellements de contrats, la planification et les mises à jour de dossiers.
Coordonner les horaires et communiquer les changements avec les équipes des opérations.
Documenter les interactions avec les clients et maintenir les dossiers à jour.
Résoudre les situations avec professionnalisme et efficacité.
Offrir un soutien administratif à l'équipe des opérations.
Maintenir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle dans un environnement dynamique.
Expérience avec un volume élevé d'appels.
Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, multitâche et résolution de problèmes.
Expérience en coordination d'horaires, répartition ou soutien aux opérations constitue un atout important.
Excellentes habiletés de communication.
Bilinguisme anglais/français (parlé et écrit) obligatoire.
L'espagnol constitue un atout.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des outils informatiques.
Disponibilité flexible durant la saison hivernale, incluant les soirs et fins de semaine au besoin.
