Full job description

The Project Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure each project adheres to timelines and deliverables through specific processes.
Communicate and follow-up on plans, actions, risks, issues, etc with stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow-up on day-to-day activities in the project scope of work.
Responsible for helping team work through roadblocks.
Analysis of project data and transferring information into usable internal reports and practical customer reports.
Assisting Project Manager and Project Manager Office with administration processes and functions.
Facilitate internal project launch and tracking of projects from inception to shipping.
Create and maintain project timelines supported by cross functional teams.
Participate in regular customer meetings to discuss project status, open issues and timing.
Track key measures and engineering changes.
Achieve project readiness within agreed upon timelines, scope and budget.
Track and maintain project artifacts in accordance with departmental requirements.
Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College diploma in related field and or relevant work experience required.
2+ years’ experience in project coordination or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes an asset.

Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with significant organizational growth and change.
Excellent analytical skills.
High degree of computer proficiency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Organized, flexible, and easily adaptable to changing conditions
Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
High energy, high ownership of work product, and dedication and commitment to driving results

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
