Entry-Level Sales Representative (Door-to-Door – Appointment Setter)Mid to Top Performers Earn $50,000–$100,000+ per year Edmonton, AB & Surrounding Areas Full-time | Commission-Based | Floor Pay | Independent Contractor

About the Role

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our residential sales team in Edmonton.

This is a face-to-face, door-to-door role where you will speak directly with homeowners and book qualified appointments for our water treatment specialists.

You are not responsible for closing sales — your role is to generate high-quality opportunities.

We provide structured onboarding, field training, proven scripts, and daily coaching so you always know what to say and how to improve.

Your Role (Appointment Setter)

Everyone starts as an Appointment Setter.

Your responsibilities:

Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods
Start conversations with homeowners
Identify interest in improving water quality
Book qualified in-home water tests/consultations
Track your activity and appointments

This is a simple but performance-driven role.

Compensation (Performance-Based)

This is a performance-based role with uncapped earnings.

Earn income from completed sales generated from your appointments
Typical earnings per successful deal from your appointments: $100–$250+
Weekly performance bonuses available

Earnings Structure:

Compensation is primarily commission-based. However, to support consistency during ramp-up and lower-performing periods, contractors will receive compensation equal to the greater of:

Total commissions earned during the pay period; or
An amount equivalent to minimum wage based on hours worked and submitted for that same period

This earnings floor is provided as a payment safeguard only and does not alter the independent contractor nature of the role. Contractors remain fully responsible for how they manage their time, schedule, and performance.

Typical Weekly Earnings (based on performance):

Entry-level: $500–$1,000
Average performer: $1,000–$1,800
High performer: $1,800–$2,500+

Top performers can move into closing roles with significantly higher commissions.

Work Environment

Typical Schedule:

Team meeting and training: early afternoon (3 times a week)
Fieldwork: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Attend daily team meetings for training and updates
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned areas
Speak directly with homeowners
Qualify potential customers
Schedule appointments using company systems
Track activity and performance metrics
