Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and beauty, providing exceptional guest services while delivering personalized treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. The Medical Esthetician will be responsible for performing advanced skincare procedures, promoting retail products, and ensuring a high level of sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including hydro facials, laser hair removal, IPL, eyelash extensions, Brow lamination/threading, microneedling, permanent makeup, teeth whitening etc.
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on guest needs.
Deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Educate guests on skincare routines, product demos, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience.
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment.
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out processes, and answering guest inquiries.
Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace conducive to a relaxing environment.

Requirements

Valid licensure as a Medical Esthetician or Skin Care Specialist.
Proven experience in various skincare treatments including eyelash extensions and brow services.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests of diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment.
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product benefits clearly.
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while focusing on guest needs.
Experience in retail sales, front desk operations, or hospitality is a plus.
Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
