Job Posting: Project Coordinator / Quality Coordinator – Industrial Construction

Location: Logan Lake, BC
Position Type: Full-Time (5 days/week, 10-hour days)
Industry: Industrial Construction

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Quality Coordinator to support our industrial construction projects in Logan Lake, BC. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment, with the ability to support both project coordination and quality control functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities
Maintain and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Lead/support quality control processes, including inspections, documentation, and compliance tracking
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
Monitor project progress and provide status updates
Ensure adherence to company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements
Perform site-based coordination and support construction activities as required
Support audits and maintain QA/QC records and reporting systems

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination within industrial or construction environments
Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in quality control / quality assurance processes
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management software is an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a field environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

Preferred Assets

Technical or construction-related education.
Familiarity with QA/QC documentation systems, inspections, and reporting
Experience working on active construction sites in a field-based role
Experience with concrete construction and related quality control processes is an asset

Work Schedule

5 days per week
10-hour workdays
Site-based position in Logan Lake (no rotation)
