What We're Hiring For:

We're actively looking for passionate, people-first individuals for the following roles:

Sous Chef (2+ years leadership experience)
Line Cook
Prep Cook
Dishwasher

What to Expect at Hiring Day:

We’re hosting a two-day drop-in Hiring Event at Earls 300 Main, where you will:

Meet leadership from all Winnipeg locations
Learn more about what makes working at Earls unique, from our team culture to growth and development opportunities
Have an on the spot, in-person interview

Event Details:

Date: Tuesday August 4th and Wednesday August 5th
Time: Drop in anytime between 9am-4pm
Where: Earls 300 Main – 300 Main St #100, Winnipeg, MB (please note: we will be interviewing candidates from 300 Main, Polo Park and St. Vital here)
