Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Coordinator with strong communication skills to join our team.

The Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day sales operations by assisting the sales team with customer communication, order follow-up, quotations, documentation, and coordination between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively on customer needs and sales activities. This position is well suited for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales support, customer relationship management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with daily sales activities, including customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and related sales documentation.
Maintain professional communication with existing customers and regularly follow up on customer needs, order status, and product deliveries.
Assist the sales team in identifying and developing potential customers while maintaining accurate customer information and sales records.
Process, confirm, and follow up on customer orders while coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Update customer information, sales activities, and order details using CRM or internal management systems.
Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, product information, presentations, and other business documents.
Monitor sales activities and customer feedback and communicate important updates to the Sales Manager.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues by coordinating with appropriate internal departments.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Support marketing initiatives, customer development activities, and other sales-related projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, order management, or a related role is preferred.
Previous experience in B2B sales, international trade, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or import/export operations is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and patient approach to customer inquiries.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow through on tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
