Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Bartender and become the heart of the guest experience! In this energetic role, you’ll serve delicious food and beverages with enthusiasm, creating memorable moments for every guest. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming atmosphere where patrons feel valued and cared for. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or providing exceptional service, you’ll be an essential part of our lively hospitality environment. This paid position offers a dynamic work setting where your passion for food and customer service can truly shine.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Assist in food preparation and plating when necessary to support smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar station, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change or receipts
Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies

Skills

Proven restaurant or food industry experience with a strong background in food service or bartending
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations
Barista or bartending experience is a plus for crafting specialty drinks confidently
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service
Hospitality mindset with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and safety
