NOVA Kitchen & Bar is expanding to North Vancouver, and we're looking for passionate culinary professionals to help build one of the North Shore's premier dining destinations. Our concept combines premium Canadian steaks, fresh West Coast seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality in a vibrant upscale-casual setting. We believe great restaurants are built by great people, and we're looking for chefs who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

Minimum 2 years of experience for Line Cooks
Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience for Sous Chef applicants
Experience in busy, full-service sit-down restaurants is required
Strong knowledge of food preparation, organization, and kitchen systems
Passion for quality, consistency, and teamwork
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
Food Safe Certification is considered an asset
Experience with premium casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants is highly preferred

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, take pride in every plate they serve, and understand the pace and standards of a high-volume restaurant. If you've worked in respected restaurant groups and enjoy mentoring others while maintaining exceptional quality, we'd love to hear from you.

Work Location : North Vancouver or Port Moody.

Please Note : We are specifically seeking candidates with experience working in busy, full-service sit-down restaurants. Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
