KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting, hiring, and training a dedicated team.
Effective management of store team performance.
Embody the company's core values and understanding its mission.

Engaging in community outreach programs.
Maximizing store profitability while controlling expenses.
Executing in-store marketing and merchandising plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-3 years of experience in a natural health retail environment.
Post-secondary education fields related to natural health, such as Natural Health, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, or Homeopathy is an asset.
Strong understanding of natural health products and computer skills
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
