Full job description

We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for direct hire hospital opportunities.

These are long-term, W-2 hospital positions offering TN visa sponsorship, EB-3 green card pathways, and structured career growth within established health systems.

We are hiring:

Experienced RNs
New graduate RNs
RNs returning to bedside care
RNs with only LPN/RPN, CNA/PSW or Aide experience
RNs without prior hospital experience

RN Openings:

Emergency Room (ER)
ICU / Critical Care
L&D / Maternal Child
Med/Surg / Step-Down / Telemetry
Operating Room (OR) / PACU / Perioperative
Psychiatric / Behavioral Health
Long-Term Care (LTC) / Swing Bed

What We Offer

TN visa sponsorship for Canadian Registered Nurses
EB-3 visa sponsorship (green card pathway)available through all employers
$5,000-10,000 relocation/sign-on bonus
Housing stipend up to $1,200/month for 6 months ($7,200 total) or
2 months of free housing
